Lisa Horton Crafts Cloud 9 Color Shift Ink Pad - Coral Waters

Coral Waters

Color Shift is a remarkable color-changing ink pad that provides a matte finish while still offering a stunning shifting effect on both black and white card. Although the finish is matte, there's a subtle shimmer that enhances the overall appearance. The final effect may vary depending on your base card, giving a unique result each time. These high-quality ink pads also allow for smooth blending and are excellent for water-reactive techniques.
