How to Make a Spiral Pop-Up for the Inside of the Card:

Place the spiral in desired area of the card facing down. Next, apply a dab of glue/adhesive dot to its center. Close the card and press to secure the adhesive to the card.
Add glue to the other end of the spiral. Close the card and press to adhere the glue to the inside of the card.
To embellish, add musical notes or other elements to the spiral.
